Environmental Impact Studies
An essential component of the permission process required for any biomass power plant development is the environmental impact assessment. Notwithstanding the “green”nature of biomass power stations, their potentially negative effect on the environment quality must be assessed as National and European laws dictate. The main environmental effects of biomass power plants are visual, noise and air emissions (including odors) onto nearby locations surrounding the biomass plant. AEOLIKI Ltd prepares complete Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of biomass power pla taking into account effects on fauna and flora, land use restrictions, visual intrusion, air emissions, local considerations etc. In collaboration with the developer and the involved authorities we provide an optimized biomass power plant layout acceptable by all interested parties.
